    Q: How can I search for a receipt?

    A: Please enter your Flight Details, date of transaction, the first 8 and last 2 digits of the card used, to search for a receipt.

    Q: How far back can I search for receipts?

    A: Our portal will allow you to search for transactions with effect from 1st November 2025. For any receipts required prior to this date, you will need to contact Aer Lingus customer services team at Contact Us - Aer Lingus

    Q: Why can’t I find my receipt?

    A: Receipts for purchases made on board may take up to 96 hours (4 days) after your flight’s arrival to become available. If it’s been less than that, please check back later.

    Q: What if I don’t remember my card or flight details?

    A: For security and identification purposes, the following details are required to retrieve your receipt: The first 8 and last 2 digits of the card used, the flight number and flight date. 
    Without this information, we are unable to locate your receipt.

    Q: What if I still can’t find my receipt after 96 hours?

    A: If your receipt is still unavailable more than 96 hours after your flight’s arrival, please contact us at dnCateringInflightSales@dnata.com with your flight number and date and the first 8 and last 2 digits of the card used.
